Latina Caravana Partnership are excited to announce that Rabbit Grrl has joined the team!
Rabbit Grrl is a former Riot Grrl and starred in a all girl group in the 90’s, called LollyShop. LollyShop held gigs in Rough Trade , various locations in and around Camden Town and Amsterdam .
The current situation has called for artists to be creative in ways that showcases their works. In the Corner Gallery is a brand new project in progress... the gallery will be opening in April so watch this space for updates!
ARTBO is the largest international event to take place in Latin America... every October galleries and artists studios open their doors to visitors from around the globe.
Its a unique chance for Lily Castaño and her alters to meet gallerists, other artists and creatives and see exhibitions in her home country....
Lily is considering with the team about documenting her personal studio so that you can see her in situ and get a sneak preview into new works!
Maisy Delieu and Lily Castaño first discussed the idea of LCP in Lily‘s first studio, in her house in Cumbria in 2017.
it was here that Maisy helped Lily to develop the idea of LCP and they formulated the criteria that they felt would be appropriate to support other Latina women and girls.
LCP then developed with The Red Thread and in 201

it was here that Maisy helped Lily to develop the idea of LCP and they formulated the criteria that they felt would be appropriate to support other Latina women and girls.
LCP then developed with The Red Thread and in 2018 Lily Castaño was able to launch her independent career by establishing a artistic presence with the gallery at Cherry Row.
Maisy is currently in her second year studying Law at Liverpool university, Maisy would like to go onto do her Masters in London before establishing herself as a law researcher. We wish her the best of luck!

Following a move from London, Lily quickly embedded herself within Cumbria’s artistic scene
Lily joined forces with EVAN who were attempting to establish an artist led gallery space in Penrith. Lily became part of the core management team and worked tirelessly with other artists to open the gallery in November 2017,
Artists Studio was established with Lily’s former partner after Lily Castaño spotted the empty space and fell in love with the little shop!
Artists Studio held two exhibitions: Translating History in February 2018 and Simply Pink in March 2018.
Cherry Row pop up Gallery opened in June to showcase three exhibitions in June, July and August 2018

Rosa Conceptual Gallery opened its doors in February 2019 for 6 months and held 6 exhibitions.
